Set the scene…..it’s a dry crisp night and isn’t raining, as was forecast all that week, a perfect night to enjoy the spectacle. 300 people of all ages, young and old, turn up. Blonde and Coast Line are on our outdoor bar, of course, watching fireworks is always thirsty work. The bistro is full of our fantastic customers. Our fireworks are all set up by our director Paul Zanacchi. This year we have music, which was a surprise even for us. It’s going to be a great night we can feel it in the crisp air.
