Collection

Free collection is available from the brewery, Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm, and from the Brewery Tap in the evenings and weekend during opening hours. 

PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FROM ORDER FOR COLLECTION.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAYS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION FROM 9AM THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS, WHICH WILL BE TUESDAY).

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is by a national courier and takes 2-5 working days. Valid for mainland England, Wales and Lowland/Central Scotland only.

Standard delivery is £9.49 for the first case.

Special Delivery

For deliveries outside of the Standard Delivery Area, and for next-day, timed or weekend deliveries, please contact orders@ennerdalebrewery.co.uk or call us on 01946 862977 and we will be please to confirm prices and options.

International

We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

General

Delivery is normally within 5 working days and, once dispatched, most orders are delivered the next working day unless there is an event outside our control. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and postcode.

Delivery will usually take place Monday – Friday. Please ensure there will be an adult (aged 18 years or over) available to sign for the package when it arrives. Sorry, we are not able to leave the goods in a ‘safe place’. If no one at the address is able to sign for the delivery one of two things may happen:

  1. The goods may be left with a neighbour. If you have a preferred neighbour or would rather this didn’t happen, please let us know in the comments box when placing your order.
  2. The courier company will leave a card with instructions on how to contact them to arrange redelivery or collection. If you contact us to arrange re-dispatch, we will charge a further delivery cost to you. If no contact is made, a full credit for the product will be issued to your account but you will forfeit the delivery charge.

Some of our products are fragile. While every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. If any goods are damaged upon delivery, we require that the shipment is refused. Please contact orders@ennerdalebrewery.co.uk as soon as possible and we will replace the damaged goods or give you a refund. Once goods are accepted for delivery you have accepted that the goods are “in good condition”.
